I have to agree with ~BranchQuiver here, the hands are far too small, and the left hand is rather awkward with the fingers, instead try to roll them into a fist or straight fingers, preferably nearer to his hips.

Other than that, the coloring looks rather nice, and that hat looks really cool, I'd love one.
